| I really like the texture brought out on the feathers by the nice evening light. The cloud reflections add a very nice touch. I think the use a fill flash may have been able to get some detail in the eye area. That dark spot is very distracting. Other than that great shot. |

| I don't normally like geese/ducks/swans in images, but I really like this one! I love the subdued tones; the water droplets on the head; the colours on the water. The composition is quite dynamic too going from corner to corner - a little dodging around the eye to bring it out would have made it stronger, perhaps? 8 |

| I love the texture of the water and the birds feathers, I wish there was a bit more light on the birds face to see a bit more detail and it's eye. just my opinion though. |

| Good focus and generally I like the composition, but the crop or framing is too tight and the face is too dark. A tough shot at that time of day, I'm sure. Overall a good job though. |

| I really like the texture of the feathers and the reflected clouds, but the bird's face is dramatically underexposed. The face probably could have been brought into better light by adjusting the curves somewhat. |

| bird is a bit underexposed (eyes are not visible at all) but the water came out great! |
