I like the all the busy aspects of the varied architecture but the exposure seems a bit harsh to me. Maybe taken in mid day?

"Construction? Where?".
I realise it is not so clearly portrayed in the picture, but in anycase if you find yourself looking its a little to the left side of the picture.

Beautiful city scape. Your horizon is in the middle, but because you have the building tops above it, the picture is well balanced. I am having trouble seeing consttruction, though. There it is. I finally spotted the crane at the left.
