I like the way you have framed this, however I do ahave a few observations. I like my horozontals to either be perfectly horizontal, or more of an angle than yours shows, for me this is nomans land in the middle.

Where you have selected the sky a tel tale white line has been left around the some of the leaves. This can be avoided by a number of techniques in photoshop.
(If you have not got photoshop I appologise) " ctrl alt ~ " will select the highlites - I assume this was a whitish sky then " Ctrl J " will set this up a a new layer. change blend mode to Multiply , this will make the highlights much darker, then adjust opacity to gibe the result you wish.

The other is to set up two layers. The fist a selective colour adjustment layer then the second a hue /saturation layer. This last one set master satutaion to zero. to same the image B/W.
then on the selective colour play orounds with the blues to see if this changes the sky colour.

oh man, this beautiful image suffers from horrible overprocessing...what a shame.

pixelation around the edges of the leaves in particular. oversharpened, perhaps.

there is a strange halo around all of the leaves. Makes it kinda artificial
