| The blue BG really compliments the cats eyes, the DOF works really well and the bits in focus are Super-Sharp, nice shot |

I agree with rgo, the vertical bars of the background are a little bit distracting.
Other then that this is a beautiful photo, I find the sharpening to be exactly perfect and I loooooove the shallow DOF! |

| I like the comp as well, but find the background vertical bars to be quite distracting, especially as there's little color/tonal difference between them and the main subject. On the sharpening issue, I'd reckon it's about right on on the nose and left eye, and if anything, you could push it a bit more. |
