 This woman was in an open air "kitchen" making roti (flat bread) by the side of the road where they were processing raw sugar cane and making into sugar by hand with old and clearly not terribly sanitary equipment. The sugar, called "gur" was delicious anyway. She was happy I took her picture. I really enjoyed her smile.

This is a great shot. I love these types
of shots that show a distand off land and
how the culture is different. The tones work really
well in this shot. Id try sharpening it up, maybe that
will make it a little more clear. Great lifestyle shot.
