| DPC is probably hammering you with low votes because its a flower shot and for some reason some just dispise them. Though ever since photography became what it is today flowers have been the upitimy of Beauty. This is a well shot image the colors are just spectacular. Very well done. |

| My eye is automatically drawn to the tiny drop in the lower right corner. I think it would have added some interest if there was more drops on the petals. Maybe. |

| A close up of a flower needs to really be striking to make an impact with me (and some do) but this one doesn't quite do it. It's usually the lines and lighting that do it for me in a successful version of this shot and both don't hit me this time. The shadows are distracting and the lines don't flow well. |

| I like the lighting in this photo and the beautiful colour. I'm not sure about that water droplet though - maybe a little distracting. THis photo has a certain serentity now to it. |
