| I like this shot. With the flower girl it's a nice candid. If you were to erase her, I think it would be a very private and sensual picture. Maybe in B&W. When I stumble across your profile, this is the first pic that catches my eye. |

| Where to start? Where to start? I may start by pointing out the unreal but oh so excellent sharpness that hoovers over the beads on the dress. Maybe I want to first talk about how the laces just go oh so well the hands that are tying it, it's such a quality photograph but technical and creativly. Sure I may have seen a lot of such photographs where we see the laces in the bride's back, they're usually to add mood to the picture, usually that's how wedding pics are if they're meant to be original. Here you had a bold go at it, your picture is in color yet as magnificent as it would be in B&W. The skin tones are contrasty with the light effects that makes them look so smooth and perfect for this color photographer. The composition is another isssue all together, you used the rule of thirds on different layers, I'm not sure if you did this knowingly or if it just happened but it doesn't matter, the result will never change. The flower girl in the back of course is beautiful, she's representing joy, childish joy and the growing up as well. One day she'll be in this bride's shoes, one day the bride will be knitting her shoes. This is really a great picture that I would love to have on my wall. This is a picture with many hidden meanings in it. |

| Just ran across this again and thought I'd commented. This is lovely. It's interesting for the eye to follow the zig zag of the lacing, yet it's not too busy. The "flower girl" in the background adds to the pre-wedding sense of the shot. So nicely done and unusual. |
