Lovely shot John, pity the weather did not play ball, with the hole a bit more to the left to light the pier. |

Greetings from the Critique Club.
There's not much to say about this photo. That is a good thing. I like it a lot. I think sunlight breaking through clouds is one of my favorite things to view and photograph. I think you captured this one splendidly. Good work and good luck in future challenges. |

This really is incredibly familiar to us Brits isn't it? I know it has universal appeal too but somehow I wonder if the childhood memories of overcast days at the beach, when each peek of the sun was cause for celebration, don't make it even more meaningful for British voters.
Would love to know what it's average score from British DPCers was!
Congrats FloYdeee... |

Nice capture. Like the perspective and the colors of the sky. Great job with the exposure on this one. It is really exceptional how nothing washed out. 9 |

This is beautiful. The sun looks like it is raining down on the pier. Love this angle. One of my favorites so far. |

Very dramatic. I would like to see the brightness toned down a bit. Smaller aperture maybe. Bring out the clouds a bit more. |
