Engaging image. The plastic tubes add interest to the photo, but also confusion as I don't know what to make of this image. I'm not sure you're trying for an abstract look or some kind of symbolic communication, or if you're just playing with colors and textures. Well, I like it anyway.

Not sure what you were trying to do here. I think if you kept it a little simpler, with fewer colors you could have pulled it off. I like you thought process, it just didn't quite work.

Very different and creative! I think it would be interesting to try the shot without the two in the front and or have all of them behind a color. I would love to know how this was set up. Good score:)

It's an interesting idea to color the white peppermints. I'm afraid I just don't like the detail of how this was done. The red is too dark (makes the candy look out of focus - out of the picture). The green is sloppy as the overlap is up front and hard to miss/dismiss. I do like how the colored transparencies change the colors of the background paper, but the cylinders are so close, you can't tell what the farther colors started out as. Please don't misunderstand, these critisizms are pretty much nits. The photo is well taken, good focus and lighting (very little glare), but the nits add up to less than a perfect shot. 8 Rob the Swash

good idea on how to make the mints interesting

I like the angles and lines in contrast to the mints. The composition is good.

Strange color scheme going on! I like it (would have preferred it last week because the first thing in my mind is "COLOR!" Great job.

interesting abstract :) I think it could use just a touch more light or a slightly longer exposure :) - setzler

Very nice picture ... i like the colours - are the mints in the back inside something plastic, or behind something?
