Sonja, what can I say. You've done it again. I can see why you didn't run around bare foot - OUCH! Beautiful photograph. |

Thank you all for your wonderful comments.
Some of you stated that I should have taken off my shoes, well the thought did cross my mind but after running back and forth to set the timer and run back to my spot I decided against it. To many cactis'
I am one who can't even walk in grass with bare feet. Ouch!
I am not sure why there is a pink hue in the sky. I think it is because we have a lot of methane work going on and big trucks kick up the scorio dust. Which is red dirt. ????

This was my pick for the winner this week, I thought all that ice might beat you but I never thought you'd end up way down here - Under rated by literal voters? I can really FEEL the weather in this shot. |

I like this concept a lot.
That would look good in B&W. You should try it with a red/orange filter to darken the sky. Also, loose the shoes. This is the kind of stuff I have always thought of doing, and never did. Good work. |

Just checking up on my 10s. What's this doing back here? Good work, regardless. |

This has an uncanny resemblance to Wyoming! The woman's stance, gestures and face tell it all: and it's all about the weather! |

OK, cropping this with the model at the far right of the image, and cutting out some of the space above her head would of helps heaps here, maybe having this as a duo-tone would of helped as well.. You could of done so much more with this.. Truely a missed opportunity that pains me to only give a 6 to.. Sorry, marksimms |

It took about 10 seconds before it hit me how well you captured the theme with this shot. There's something odd with the horizon, rise of the hills to the left, and the clouds that gives it a sort of fisheyed feel that I'm not sure I like, but overall this is well done. |

I like the landscape in this picture, though I'd almost prefer it if you were further back and captured more of it while making the woman a little further away.. might have worked as a silhouette as well. |

Good touch using the mdoel to reveal the wind in the picture. It would not show at all with out the model there. The sky has a hint of cyan but over all a picture that stands out. |
