Fits The Challenge-Yes.
Composition-Good
Background-Good
My Opinion-This really captures the essences [I sound like Emril]
of the challenge. Stuck in winter/snow/branches (with buds) hanging with the weight of snow. The b&w adds to the feeling\mood. The exposure and dof are just as good as it gets. Nice work as are all your shots. I enjoy your work.

Very nice shot! The amount of detail is fantastic; the DOF works well. In my opinion, the shot would be just a bit better if the lower left had been cropped out. --9

I can't believe you still have winter there! Did spring miss you or is it still on its way? Still a very good depiction of weather. The DOF works in well, highlighting the front branches even more.
