This was taken next to a canal. It's practicly a graveyard since there's so many left overs from the seagulls when they feast.

This is my ifrst submission, I just bought my first camera 2 weeks ago.

For this picture, I messed around a bit with the hue/saturation to get it a bit more red and I got some of the colors out so the rocks would be a bit more monochrome. I tried for the first time the sharpen filter and it turned out great

nice concept...might have tried cropping out the blurred portion at the bottom

To me it looks more like rocks, not grains. That is why I can't vote higher. It might have been better served by placing it on sand with some shell bits mixed in

Very unique! Judging by the lighting, I'd say it was an overcast day? I think the metal undeath your subject distracts me from the lobster.

The rocks here are pushing the "granular" theme a bit...
