Concept: Good subject, very bad background choice.
Composition: The screen would have been better cropped to show no evidence of the window sill.
Challenge: Yes, definitely, but the background is so harshly lit and ultimately ugly as to detract from the potential that this image could have achieved. |

| It would have been better if you had cropped the top a bit lower to get rid of the black in the upper left corner. Also the screen is a bit distracting. |

| A tighter crop to eliminate the window sill (?) would have made this a bit more effective, I believe. |

| The sun is in the perfect place for this photo. It would have been better without the screen I think. |

| The texture of the screen is very distracting as well as the way the window cuts into the top of the picture. |
