Challenge: Apple (Basic Editing III)

 I used my smallest tanto katana, and I cut an apple in half, and I used fishing line to hold up the top half of the apple, it took me a good 30 shots before I got one where you couldn't see the line, and the apple kept spinning, my arm was getting tired from holding it up. I put a cutting board under it to be sanitary, and also because it looked better.

I upped the contrast a bit so the image looks sharper. I'm proud of this picture lots.

I like the reflection in the knife, but I found all the background elements really distracting, as well as whatever the apple is sitting on. I think that the bottom apple is a bit overexposed as well.
