Ah, silhouttes adornewd in bokeh. Just a hair closer would have increased the impact. Bump.

subtle, but effective.

The concept is nice, but in my opinion you shoud've blurred the background more. Now it's getting all the attention and one has to look for the silhouettes.

I know the idea was to get a silhouette, but this may be a little too dark. I'd like to be able to see the full outline of the framed portion of the models.

Great idea - if they are truly engaged (not just set up) they will definitely cherish this photo. I only wish I could see more of a story from this photo. At first I didn't see the glasses going together, and those do help a bit, but maybe just a few seconds later they kissed? leaning in towards each other would have been really nice - I just feel they are a bit too separated. Nicely done though... good idea, great focus. -9-

A longer exposure would have been necessary to get more light from the cityscape to define the couple silhouette better. Super composition.

I love your idea here but the execution just doesn't seem to speak loudly enough. The softly blurred city background is much stronger than the silhouetted couple and constantly draws attention away. I'm sure you went for the portrait crop because of the beautifully lit tower, and I can't argue with that. However, the overall image makes me want to like it a lot more than I actually do.

This image is so nearly perfect. The warmth and romanticism are shown so well in the background. My feeling is that the faces needed to be a little more distinct (by being closer to the centre of the frame?) and the glasses far more so. 7

I would have liked to have seen them set off a little more from the background. Right now it all seems to blend together.

Had to look twice for the full effect, missed the wine glasses first time! This makes this a very interesting shot along with the background. Nice idea well executed.

The figures aren't quite prominent enough for an easy reading -- perhaps a looser crop that outline the back of the heads would help

Wonderful concept and well composed image. It captures the intimacy of the moment beautifully.

A little too dark. Maybe the profiles could have been more in the frame to give a little more definition. (6)

Terrific photo and your imagination is astounding. I think it may have actually been stronger if you cropped out the space-neddle or stood on boxes so your head was closer in height to the space-neddle for the sake of balance. Photo rocks. 7.
