The serie you have shown us is simply beautiful !
In this one there is a magic mix between the greens and the water , you know very well how to capture it.

I have been able to do similar stuff with the Canon 17-85 IS...it really does allow so much more scope. |

You must have a steady hand as well as a good eye, nice work. Results like this will prove that AS is the equal of IS, and it's a no-brainer to see that in the camera in better than in the lens. |

Well, I like the picture. I have a Minolta Z3, not quite as grand as your 7D, but mine also has the image stabiliser built in. My 35mm focal length equivalent is 35mm-420mm and I have hand-held at low shutterspeeds at long focal length and got away with murder. The Minolta system does work very well. If ever I go SLR, this feature alone may well send me down the Minolta route. |
