 Photographed a friends fathers, WW11 US Army documents from the 1940's. Check out his fishing license as well, next to the Army Song book.

This very much profiles a brave soldiers life at different time in our history.

Basic editing done in Photoshop CS2.
Autolevels for color tone.
USM, Cropping, resized for challenge.

Interesting material in the photo. Appreciate the bit of grass for color contrast.

Fits the challenge and does say a story. My hat's off to this fallen soldier.

great interpretation, the grass is a bit too distracting. A different foreground would improve the shot.
