That was me witht he nine and I STILL say this is one of the top three photos! A victim of literal minded voters.

This photo doesn't seem to work. I like the fact that it's pottery, and I can only imagine what shape the rest of the vessel is (I appreciate having to use my imagination), but the off centre composition doesn't seem to have any good reason other than that it's considered "wrong" to centre a photo, and the image overall lacks flair.

A very pleasing image with the earthy colors. You not only give me a hint of pi, you also show us an interesting object. It's a tad out of focus, or perhaps just needs a greater DOF. My main question is: Pi makes circles, but do circles necessarily mean pi?

Nice placement and composition but would benefit by more light - very dark. Focus also seems off - the vessel is too soft for my taste. = 4
