Those low voters really hurt ya, I thought it was a very good image worthy of a 9 |

Like the concept that you were after... it is a good idea. I'd have cropped just the center of the image where it is most 'enchanted' and tried for a very soft, dreamlike focus. There are good examples of what you want that are previous ribbon winners. It would benefit you to locate some of those previous winners and contact the photographers to see how they achieved their success. In fact, I'd like to learn how to do those well myself. :) |

There seems to be glare which washes out the center of the image. I don't generally care for photographs which are so saturated, but it seems appropriate in this case. I think that the image would have been stronger if the tree trunk and brown grass had been cropped out of the foreground. Alternatively, if you'd have rendered the periphery of the image (including the tree and dead grass) in B&W and only saturated the center of the image, the contrast between the "real world" and the enchanted forest would have been heightened. I'm not sure that editing like this is possible within Advanced editing rules, but it would be worth investigating. |

I love the colors in this photo! There seems to be a bit of glare in the center, perhaps from the sun? It's slightly distracting. But other than that it's a beautiful landscape!

I'm not sure about the black edge on the frame, but I think this a beautiful image. I think it should win. |

seems overly saturated in some areas...and too bright in the center? |

Strange color streaks over the meadow, guess that would interpret a dream actually.... |

Very dreamy, although I find the colours of the ground a little overdone. |

This image seems to portary a dreamy mood however the lighting is very harsh and there seems to be something clouding the image only in the middle. This may have been intensional. |

I'm not sure I know how you did the coloring in this, but whatever you did, it works beautifully. (Perhaps you'll tell us in your notes) 10 |

What a delight for the senses. I particularly like the haziness in the center, as if something is on the verge of materializing.
Not a huge fan of the border however, particularly since it is not a uniform border all the way around, but thicker left/right than top/bottom. A simple, uniform white border of about 8-10 pixels all the way around would work best here.
Overall a great entry and the border is not that distracting. Well done. |
