nice image, I take it you tried to be different and only got half of the skyline. the benches and lightposts look ok, but a quick turn to your left would of made a much better composition...6

The green light in the bottom corner bothers me. I like th benches and the city background but a better angle would have been much better.

white balance is too red. flare is a bit distracting too.

it appears to need rotating right a little to level the horizon
