| Have to agree with Rikki, don´t really care for the frame, it´s too perfect somehow but if you were able to "age" it so that it looks like it was the withered fringes of the photo due to old age I bet it would look very cool. Anyway, the thumbnail immediately grabbed me and it did not dissapoint when I opened it, lovely shot. |

| Nice desat exercise for this image. I'm not fond by the frame but that just my opinion. The composition is well executed for this image but maybe a bump in the levels would really help this image sing ;) |

| I am not usually a fan of stylish borders...but this really works for this shot. I like your take on train tracks. A very simple subject that can conjur up many images. But the presentation is the key. Again you have a nice S curve in the tracks - well done! The bridge is in perfect placement/perspective. Especially since neither end can be seen. Great eye for the shot! Looking at the shot I get the feeling that it is dead of winter, just no snow yet. The b/w is perfect as well. Great shot! |

| Train tracks make for great lines. I like the simplicity of the tracks. The overpass gives move interest in another direction. The faded frame and B&W give it a nice, old feel. |

| Very nice photo. Lovely composition. The lines lead you into and through the image very nicely. Even as a thumbnail, this photo stands out strongly. Your treatment of it is quite pleasing, has a great feel to it. I even like the 'frosty' border, gives it kind of an antique feeling. Great job. |

I really like the treatment you've done here. You have a good eye for composition IMO, as I've seen in many of your shots. The elements of the curve of the track, the tracks, the bridge and the posts on the bridge just all work together really well.
I would get rid of the power lines if you can, but honestly I didn't even pay much attention to them until reading the other comments. They don't spoil the shot, but it would be improved without them I think. |

| I love this image, the coloring works very very well here, I also love the fading from the edges, I do agree with the previous poster about the power lines, still a very nice image, I could see this making a very lovely print. |

| This is a beautiful shot with a wonderful sweeping line that leads me through the photo - the only thing I might suggest here is cloning out that power line.. and then maybe even pulling up the contrast slightly, but the softer feel provided by lower contrast might be what's working here. |
