Kind of boring and out of focus.

The soft chainlink makes a nice contrast against the sharp car behind it, and the light source (and the color it provides) is remniscent of a small sun over a dead world, making the area look abandoned and lonely. Very nice. My only nit is the blown highlight on the reflection on the car, which mars the effect slightly.

LOVE the atmospere of this picture..the icky yellow of th light, the misty air, and from personal experience...a sense of frustration and despair (gotta watch for those "NO PARKING" signs). The blurred cyclone fence really adds to the caged feeling, wouldn't be the same without it. Well done, really nice.

It might not be a generally well received shot, but I like that you tried to convey a feeling, a mood of late at night. One of the most creative efforts I have seen thus far.

This is a very interesting shot, with a very interesting angle. The fog gives this picture the eeire feeling that one gets in places like this. Viewing through the fence gives this image an extra layer of dimension, that simply adds to the whole composition. Very nicely done. <9>
