You use the small bits of lit areas to carry the eye from front to back very nicely.

should have cropped out the top, all he cars were kind of distracting, as well as the streetlight. 7.

This would look great if you crop everything above the rocks, though I can guess that you left it in here so people would know that you took the shot outside, at night. I think the background is really a distraction from the main subject here which is the water flowing over the rocks.

subject looks great...background is perhaps too in focus? Eyes are drawn immediately to the parking lot, not the rock formation....maybe some cropping is in order.

Maybe a closer crop/composition directly on the rocks/water would be nicer. The background, while fitting your title, doesn't add to the image much.

Nice image, it appears that the rock on the left of the falls needs a little more focus.

Beautiful photo!!! I love it!! I took a water feature too hoping to get this look, but it didn't turn out crisp and sharp like this one. That's why I appreciate how well done this is.
