 taken at a Denny's diner in the next town...staked out the front of the diner for a while with camera and tripod using different angles and settings..I liked the neon and the aluminum on outside of diner with all the reflections of the lights in area...did use some curves to increase lighting contrast; cropped this a bit, sharpened a little and that's it.

Did you try cropping the bottom because I agree that the lightplay up top was very cool.

I thought this would do better because it's not a typical night shot and I did like the reflection all over the aluminum, which is why I left so much metal showing..oh, well..I'll keep trying!..rkt, thank you for your comment.

i like the subject a lot. the top and bottom though have very little detail and probably could be cropped.

This is one of the best...LOVE all the stainless steel...a modern take on "Nighthawks" my favorite painting. The highlights/lowlights on the metal are fantastic, this picture has such wonderful energy and light...are real standout in a sea of skylines.
