What a wonderful capture of expressions! I like the faded border, but would have done without the red line border. The photo itself I hope is framed and available for that young man (your son?) Wonderful moment and you've caught it so well.

love the emotion captured here, excellent clarity, centered focus and vibrant color. I also like the faded border, but maybe you could of did without the red inner border. Great shot

Nice shot. One question... why is he wearing a St.Louis helmet and a Cleveland uniform? - no need to answer ;) 7

Really well done, nice colors, full of life, and free flow of excitement gives it both motion and emotion. Should do well.

The border works, but I don't know about the blurred edges.

I'm not usually too opinionated about borders, but I find this one very distracting because both the frosted edge and the red box occlude the subject matter.

They are really happy, I don't know this game but it seems fun. Clear color, good contrast and the frame makes it more artistic!

I like this border, seems like a 'dusty' baseball game if you know what I mean. Great color too

isnt it a contradiction to wear an indians jersey with a cardinals helmet? lol

Brilliant capture, perfect for the challenge, and (although I am one to talk!) I dont like the border much, but i understand why you used it. Still I am not going to hold that against one of the best shots i've seen thus far. 8

I like strength in the colours here (Red White and Blue) , how the focus is on the subject and the others are softened out of the photo. The framing actually works here. 10

Great teamspirit there, I like the framing.

Excellent use of the border and you can see the pride oozing from this young man. Great shot and good luck!

This is a great use of a border. Not only does it bring the focus on the player being congratulated (which is what seems to be happening), but it helps the shot from feeling too cluttered.

wonderfully captured moment. like the composition and the softening beyond the frame line (only wish it wasn't cutting through the fellow's face on right) one of my ribbon picks.

This is one of the best shots here! I even like the way you used the frame and the highlighting. There is color and movement; your eye is drawn to the central figure yet your eyes travel the whole image..well done...9

Fantastic action shot!! Well done! I'd have scored it much higher if you hadn't included the red border. I like the soft edge effect, but the border is really distracting. (8)

This is a really wonderful spontaneous picture, perfect color and excellent clarity, I love their expressions...the frame and border diffusion are just a bit strange and distracting.

the border takes too much attention away from the subject

I really don't like that border which just screams for too much attention. Especially as it cuts though the faces of 2 boys. Shame, as it's a great shot with good emotion and has been exposed well.

I can hear the crack of the bat on this one. You feel his pride just beaming from the photograph. I also like the frame and fade. Bumped up to a 9

What a great capture. Not sure about the outer framing, but absolutely love the shot. Love how sharp the kids are and you can truely see the happiness in their eyes.

not crazy about the frame and fade, but shot is great

Not sure about the graying fuzzy border. The faces in the image have enough emotion to stand out without the extras. The version on your PaD does more for me.

I like this picture, very very gd, really does convey happiness and the border only adds to the overall effect.. congrats

This is awesome. You really can feel those kids' emotion. Il ike your border too. Dpc voters have historically given people a hard time about borders -- but I think it realy works for you here :)

Great capture ! Beautilful smiles and nice colors. I like the "dreamy" effect around the picture, but I hate the red border (maybe too think .... i don't know)

I'm sure that I'm not the only one that dislikes the frame - great photo though

nice capture and image but thtat border and filter really ruin it for me

good expression and capture, the frame detracts a lot from the power of the picture

lets see... Indians baseball team.... Laurie :)
great capture really shows a great mood, you have balanced the shadows well
but not to shore on the framing one or other would have been better, but no deductions for that ~ 9

Great capture and super colors. back off the border, especially the fading. The red border was plenty. I really like borders but I think this one will be held against you by the voters.

Great capture of a lot of different reactions to the home run. The border obscures two nice expressions. Borders generally do not add much to an image and yours did not need it.

Border is very distracting and takes out 2 of the players faces. Would have been a 9. Gave you a 7.
