 This shot was set up with a paper Pi sign taped to a circle target. Then the shot was taken in black & white, then I adjusted the levels, & contrast to get the finished shot.

I like the contrasts between pi and the white stripes of the bullseye here. I am confused, however, at what I'm supposed to "see" here. It seems symbolic of some kind of "pi essence," but I can't make that connection. It is a tad out of focus, but it is also an image I like and will return to in order to discover its secrets.

The idea is good, but the pi symbol doesn't fit in well enough. It needs something to make it pop, like an interesting color contrast .

I really enjoy this picture, the lines are very crisp, and I love the background. I think the very top-right corner of the pi sticks out a bit. Maybe it was neccesary for the bullseye placement. Still, I really like this.
