Didn't comment on this during the challenge. I like this, as I think it effectively conveys what all photographers can relate to when someone doesn't want their photo taken! Technically, as a photo, it may be rather artsy/graphic to the feel, but I think it does help convey the mood. I think it was mostly underated in the challenge. |

The lighting on this shot is well done. But I think that the filter distracts from setting the mood of this photo. Placement of the subject looks good as well. |

imho, way too post-processed, pixelated, etc. Might have been an interesting image if left to look more like a photo. like the finger postures and the general sentiment, but again, it's much more a photoshop rather than a camera product for me. |

Processing on this is a little confusing. I can see trying to make it look "hurried" or "spur of the moment".. as such.. but I feel that you've gone a little overboard. I like the concept though. |

I think I know what you were going for, but it just doesn't work (in my humble opinion). The added effects of graininess to apparently preserve anonymity are too contrived. Don't get me wrong, I like the finger gesture and the fact that the model covered his/her face, but it lost its appeal due to the added effects. Sorry (4). |

I see the middle finger creeping on its way up there, LOL. I'm afraid there may be a lot of complaints abou the grainy texture. |

I'm sorry, but these effects spoil the image IMHO. It could have been nice without them, but this is not for my taste. |

At first, I didn't like the extreme grain. But the more I look at it, the more I like the simplicity. |

Are you trying to convey, "loss of freedom"? Nice composition, but the heavy useage of editing can sometimes go against you as far as points go. I'm just speaking from experience! :) I like the editing, btw.

I can't take pictures of my kids without one of them performing the one finger salute. I suspect some will mark you down for filtering the picture, but I like it and you get a 10 from me. |

I like the idea, but the quality of the outcome does nothing to help the idea. Looks like this person wasn't overly happy about having their picture taken. |
