| I like the black in the back. Would like to have seen it on the table too, to just make the colors stand out more, and make them brighter. I do like your lighting :) |

| I'm sure you saw during voting all the different colored pencils and crayon shots - and how you could have done this differently, so I will just say "think OUTSIDE of the (crayon) box" - what are people going to do? how can you make it thiiiiiiis much different? :) Nice job. M |

This is a good subject for the color challenge but I think it could be improved some. It looks like you used the on-camera flash for this shot. The things that make me thing this are the harsh lighting and the hard shadow that is cast on the top row of crayons. You can reduce this effect you can place a piece of tissue in front of the flash to diffuse the light. I also think that the composition could be improved. I would like to see the box at an angle and I would like to see some of the crayons coming out of the box. I see lots of potential here and I think with a little more work you could really have a great image. I gave it a 4 the way it is now.
