the boat is a strong enough image to handle both the wave in the foreground and the clouds.

| the wave is a great touch to this. seems like the focus is on the clouds though and the foreground and boat are blurry. i'm not sure how that's even possible. motion blur? |

| beautiful photo; my eye tends to wander a bit between the sailboat and wave, and the clouds are amazing. Not quite as minimalistic as others but still a glorious 8! |

| At last a picture that meets my association with this challenge. The lack of detail in the sailboat, the surf and the cloudy sky gives it a high Bob Ross level. Well done ! |

| I think the sail boat is obviously the main subject of the photo, yet my eye is constantly drawn to that breaking wave at the bottom. Perhaps a different crop? 6 |
