This has those elements of repetition and subtle variation that I associate with minimalism, absolutely. It lacks, however, an overall sense of simplicity: also a strong element; that may only be an impossibility of framing it against a more simple background - those big lines hurt the composition for me.

I think the point of the challenge was to have ONE very small focal point. While I think you have a bit too many. The dark horizontal lines in the background are a bit distracting too. I'm also not quite sure what I'm looking at, but still, it's a decently interesting shot.

im not exactly sure what the subject is here...

Normally I do not look at the title, but even when I did, it didnt help me to figure out that question of what the subject is. Is it the balls? The Reflections? Either way, I feel that they both take up too much frame space to be called "minimal."

It is a neat photo however.

good comp, but there is no "single small subject". ok, perhaps nbot single, but here the subjects just fill up the frame

A difficult image to comment on really, it has simplicity and is minimal, but the elegance I associate with minimalism is lacking
