I like the photo but I feel the highlights are a bit blown.
The photo is also a bit noisy. You might wanna look into Neat Image if you haven't already.

good idea (not very original in this challenge, but effective), but it's either oversaturated or over-exposed.

Great choice. Could use a little bit more crop on the left so that the stem comes directly out of the corner of the image. Also some of the glare could be done away with.

On my monitor it looks much oversaturated. You met the challenge well, but lost the detail in post processing.

The subject looks a little bright, losing some detail. The sky seems oversharpened. Still an ok shot.
