Incase anyone is interested, here is the photoshop work I did:
Resize,
Convert to sepia,
Levels adjustments.
(These are the legal bits)
then:
Used the distort resize tool to make the mug appear bigger and straighter,
Selected the areas of the floor, which were too similar in colour to the mug, and lightened them.
(These are the NON-legal bits)
Then I submitted.

Nice shot. Took me awhile to figure out what the salt shaker was, though. I like the sepia tone. |

I like the tones. Nice perspective. DOF is good--coffee cup out of focus is a good idea. |

I did this to my father once! He got sooooo angry. anyway, hehe. I like this shot, great shallow dof, quite appropriate in this picture. The light seems a tab bit too bright on the top of the salt grinder, but eh, does that matter? not really :) The idea of mischief in this shot is great. |
