 This was taken on our trip to New York city late last month. One thing that just floored me about this place is the complete sense of quiet that surrounds it. In the middle of this huge, busy city there is this blanket of surreal peace. It's an experience I'll never forget of a moment in time that should never be forgotten.

My first thought was "what memorial?". Of course I do see it, but it is almost lost in the clutter of the background. It would have really "popped" against that nice sky.

Nice timing on the shot. I like how you still catch a bit of the sun. Looks like it was a dificult exposure. great job.

Its a beautiful building. The pole in front of the larger building blocks the view.

I don't think that dark gradient around the edge helps here. Nice colors.
