some liked border and understood it was to add to HAPPY tone...others didn't...but thanks to EVERYONE for positive criticism...both pro and con...ya helpin me learn :-)

Normally I wouldn't like a border like this, but with this shot it works well, adds to the playfullness of the shot in my opinion.

Ordinarily I do not like multi-colored frames but this one seems to do the photo justice.

The boder is a little too much. It's so bright that it's distracting and though it does mimic colors in the image, I don't think it really augments them.

Vivid Colors. I think a more natural or candid shot would have given more of a pop to the image.

Colorful yes, the focus on the eyes is completely missing though, only if you'd concentrated on those a little more....
