| This is a very fun, colourful photo! I would have liked to see a slightly deeper DOF - the out of focus jewelry that is a bit further back makes the whole thing feel slightly blurry, even though it's not. I think it's that they're not soft enough to be totally out of focus, and therefore draw the eye. Speaking of eyes, it would be great if hers stood out a little more, too - maybe burning the darker parts a tad and dodging the highlights - that would give her a bit more mystique. Regardless, I really like this picture - it's unique and colourful, and the general composition is pleasing to the eye. The smoky looking backround compliments the subject, too. Nice job - some minor editing on the eyes would really make this fantastic. |

Even thought this shot seems a bit overexposed, I think it works. The girl is beautiful and almost puts me into a trance when I look at her. Compoisiton is excellent and sharpness and clarity seems pretty good. Her eyes are absolutely captivating. One of my few 10's for the challenge.

| Not sure if my monitor is pale or if the photo is a little too light but I love how the eyes are piercing through the fingers. An original shot for sure. |

| Great subject, and very nice colors.But the position of the hands has left the eyes in complete shadow, and the only light is on the tip of the nose. If the hands are placed farther away from the face in the same position, the shadowing wouldn'thappen... Also, I'd try a tighter crops, maybe around the top of the scarf from top, and a little below the chin from the bottom, I think it might help the impact. |
