great clouds.. I didn't know SFO can have such great clouds too.. its always so foggy there :(

Nice depth of field. Great clouds in this photo as well. Good use of leading lines. Overall nice image.

You are leaning on your scene to deliver the interest in this shot and brought little to it photographically. You could have shot through the railings, close to the water, but instead you've shot it at eye level which removes any dynamism from the comp.

It's quite overexposed too, so I'd recommend a polarizer for this kind of shot.

Nice contrast. The picture gets me to tilt my head a little though. A one degree rotation to the left would have made it look better. I know, picky but when ther is a horizon, it should be straight unless you are going for a more extreme tilt for other reasons.
