 Probably a million of these :) I didn't get the topic until I went by the post office and saw the crowds mailing off their returns. I hope the lone tack doesn't do me in. Surely the clever title will compensate. ;)

Cropped, burned out some background effects, cloned out dirt, blurred the background, applied neat image, save for the web. Applied USM and put on a thin border.

I love that this is just one single tack! Nice composition, too. (so many of my comments today seem to be related to composition - I guess it's something I'm trying to pay attention to)

Wow. The simplicity is overwhelming. Unfortunately, there are no tacks in this image. ;) I think you did right by only using 1 tack. The background is slightly blown but it is not distracting because of the rest of the image. Good work! 9

Clever play with words. Even better however would have been to show two tacks
in the pic as tacks sounds exactly like tax.

This is a great image, although I view the challenge as Plural, more than one tack.
