The day was quite stormy so it was fun trying to adjust to rapidly changing light and keeping the tulips sharp with the wind whipping around.

Can almost smell them.... nice shot for this challenge, like the colors and composition (draws you right into the photo). I counted 11,634 tulips. LOL - Nicely done!

Excellent lighting. I love this area and visit it most years. This year was early. This works especially well because of the layers of color - yellow, red, white, deep blue, grey. I also like the exceptional depth of field. (Pun intended.)

Beautiful, just needs a slight unsharp mask to make this magnificent. looks like something from a magazine or calendar.

this is a true free study image, this had to be studied before it was taken, you did not just snap this candidly. this composition has it all. color, lines, perfectly exposed sky, main subject, lots of foreground that brings the eye to the subject, very impressive image. easily a 11+ but I can only score it a 10.

Making the most of your wide-angle I see here. I would crop out the one open-faced flower in the bottom left, just a nitpick but I find it a little bit distracting. The colors here are phenomenal and this is top of the line work. 9.

beautiful shot and composition, but the colors look a bit drab and muddy.

excellent composition and DOF. Perhaps, you could've made the sky a bit more dramatic by selective adjustment. Also, why did not you make it 640px vertical?

what a beautiful place to be. simply incredible. you have a nice image here, but it could stand to have a deeper dof. also, the hazy backdrop of the mountains and clouds seems to weigh heavy on the image. in a situation as this, you might consider shooting from a different perspective (either much higher or much, much lower) so that you can get the commanding detail without the distractions. all the same, nice work, and good luck!

How did you get the shadowed effect in the yellow flowers. This is gorgeous.

Foreground is very beautiful but the houses look out of place there and don´t really add anything to this picture IMHO. 5

Gorgeous colors. Like the perspective of this photograph. Looks like miles and miles of tulips. As far as the eye can see.
