A quickie done with my Sigma at 300. I tried different angles but i wanted to find a directiion that emphasized the bent point. I like how the DOF came out and how the "point of interest" (bad pun) is in focus.

It took a hefty helping of neat image to get rid of the noise. Maybe next time i should check my camera setting before I take the picture.

I would have called this one the g-spot tack...did I say that?

Nice twist on what otherwise is a conventional tack shot! This is one of my favorites so far. Iove the colors and the strong focus on the bent tack.

Story of my life. There are no TACKS in this image! ;) I like your DOF. The background is a little too white for me, but the image may not work otherwise. No real clue. Was that tack already bent? Is this a philosphical statement on the human condition? ;) Good work deserves an 8.

great idea. I like the colors and the use of shallow depth of field, but I think it is too shallow here. The front tack blends too much into the background. I also think the framing is off here - too much negative space above and a little too tight at the base.

I love how simple this is. Incredible DOF.
