| An ND filter would really improve this, as it would allow for a longer exposure and a nice, smooth waterfall. The white balance also looks a tad off, but post processing could take care of that; some warming and sharpening would do this one wonders. |

| I think you should have waited a little later in the day and took this shot or used a ND filter or polorizer to slow the shutter down some to enhance the flowing water effect |

Im am not sure what bit is exactly in focus everything seems to be slightly blurred?

I am very new to this game too, only posting pictures here this week. Why is it so scary?? Anyway, I like water and obviously waterfalls and I personally think it's a pity there wasn't a bit more light for this picture. Exposure is OK, it may have benefitted from some sunlight. Also I would prefer either more blurring of the water or having it sharp. That is my very humble opinion. I wish I had some falls like that near me!
