This is an interesting take on "extreme action"; I was underwhelmed at first, but I keep coming back to it and I've bumped it up two levels. I like the gritty "accidental" tone of the image, and it's in many ways quite a penetrating take on the challenge. I hope it does better than I supect it will. |

The action in the photo doesn't rate as extreme except maybe in Florida . The photo appears to be rotated clockwise a degree or so. But I like it; it's clearly a beautiful house and the impressionistic effect created by the snow makes it better. |

Is this you, Van? I finally recognized one of your pictures (I think)! This picture really has a nice mood. You can really feel that cozy feeling of being safe and warm in your home while the storm rages outside. |
