Not sure this composition works for me.
Foreground is very harsh/bright, not resembling anything to do with flour, and the background creates an second focal point that competes too much. Perhaps if it were in B&W it may be better.

Glare from the windows is distracting, and makes the eye want to focus there (where it is blurry). This is compounded by the fact that I have no idea what that red thing is in the dirt.

The light and color on the dirt as it transitions into shadow is nice, though.

The turquoise blue seems too new and shiny, against too dark a back area. The board and sand in foreground is terrific.

Don't care for the DOF on this one. Seems the focus is on the chunk of wood and the dirt in the foreground.

i'll be blunt, there is red dirt, a red thing and some windows in the background. there is no discernable subject or point of focus.

I think this would work better with the background in focus, instead of the foreground. There are more interesting shapes and contrasts there.

Foreground is extremely distracting.

I think there is too much focus and light on the foreground, when the main subject is too blurred and dark. That is my humble opinion.

Out of focus....or is this a picture of dirt? Background is too dark to pick up details, foreground makes no sense.

In my opinion this building does not look abandoned. It looks like a basement being excavated. Perhaps more DoF would hav made for a better photo so the background looked a little more clear.
