| motin blur on the subject against a static background, that's refreshingly different, and the tilt adds to the effect, nice composition |

| not enjoyable to look at with the blurry and angle distracting from what "extreme" action you were trying to convey. |

| I think the shot would have been better if the backgroung was blured and the child was in focus |
