This is a nice capture, but would have been much better IMHO if you had cropped out the bird in the background. Nice shot though.

I would have like to seen a closer shot without the distracting shadows and other bird in the background, nice capture though.

Interesting shadows. This fits the challenge well the only complaint I have is he bird in the background. Its badly out of focus. Yet in focus enough to have the veiwer trying to see the background. I feel your DOF should have been either shorter making it just a shadowy figure or deeper allowing the veiwer to enjoy the second bird in all it's splendor. As is I find it unapealing .. Otherwise great shot.
