 This is a crop of a larger photo. The effect was achieved as follows:
1.adjust curves (clipping white and black)
2.applied unsharp mask to green channel
3.coverted to grayscale
4.applied custom tritone
5.adjusted contrast
6.bordered
This is a 19th century home in San Ramon, CA.

This looks like a photo of a drawing or painting. I really like the look, and the balance and symmetry in your composition are great, but this just doesn't look "real". I am not a fan of photos of other artwork, so am not really sure about this. I do like the border.
