Such a bland subject, but somehow it looks really nice. The shadow that the bottom of the glass produces is great, as are the soft colors.

This doesn't even come close to meeting the challenge. Just kidding! the overhead lighting is a great effect.

good effort finding the highlight. i also like the shadow. might have tried instead of directly above light, a little off to the side to spread that highlight along the rim.

Nicely framed and centered photo.. excellent job with the lighting as well.. Maybe a little MORE light would have been nice but the direction of the lighting overhead casting the nice shadow below the glass is impressive :)
