Very cute candid, nice capture, good DOF on the cat to the roses and the lighting is a tad bit harsh, just a tad. I think you could have cropped more of the roses out, leaving just one or two so the cat really becomes the main focus and isn't just half the picture. A 6 |

| A portrait should really showcase one subject or group of subjects. Here you have two separate and competing subjects. The cat is supposed to be the subject, and from this angle it has no real appeal. |
