 An little game given to me by a friend. The object is to get all the little balls into the grooves.

The shot was taken in my room, with a single 60w bulb backlighting it and a florescent overhead.

Cropped, resized, levels have been adjusted, hue has been changed. The surface of the game is silver but has hologram-like engravings on it, which is where the little blocks of color come from.

I didnt vote this past week but this image is a very nice shot of symmetry ...

the tones, angle and color capture really does show the depth of field in this photo ... personal opinion i would have liked to see this a little sharper but it's a good shot none the less

composition of this photo is also very appealing to the eye .. kinda looks like the cube is floating at first but then you see the shadow at the bottom - very nice effect

this object shows symmetry in almost a 3way view ... if only you coulda suspended some of the balls up top - haha

I really liked the composition and light. The shadow in front of the subject is very interesting. You should have made it bigger (upsampling, if it was necessary).

I think this would have ben more powerful on the challenge level had the angle been raised a bit and the square be more centered.
