| I like your idea for this theme, but, without the title I would not know what I'm looking at. I think the picture itself needs to convey more of the theme. A little more light and clarity would help a lot. |

| I think you got a really nice subject here, but the picture is so dark, it's hard to tell. Tweak your levels a bit. |

| Interesting lighting. I'm OK with the lights along the horizon but a little distracted by the lights in the upper right. Is that a passing plane? |

| pretty! But long exposure looks very soft and does not include many points of interest. Nice in an abstract way. Points of light on horizon might be distracting to some. |

| I love this, but I think it would be a ribbon winner if you had straightened it up a bit. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt of not knowing how to do that in photoshop, and give you a 10 anyway. Because I just love it. It reminds me of Tampa, on the causeway over the bay to Clearwater... |

| Nice colors, the image just needs a bit more of some thing to make it more interesting and the horizon seems a bit slanted. |
