It's hard to use a monitor/screen as an artificial background isn't it? ;^) Did you pick a rooster on purpose?

The difference in light on your hand and be a and what is on the chicken in the background is too great. I'm not sure if it's where you held your hand in front of the picture, or if the egg and hand are in the shadow. Try to make the levels even out.

aha - I spot a monitor being used here... need to get the lighting perfect if you are going to get decent marks for this style of photography, but the hand and egg are too obviously distinct from the chicken.

Creative shot.

I think this would have been an OK idea if the chicken was real or at least looked real. A little better lighting on the egg would have helped too.

Cute idea. The colors don't work for me but nice effort.

the hand is much too dark compared to the rest

nice idea...would have been much idea if you could have gotten a real chicken. maybe if you put more light on the hand and egg, to match the light on the picture of the chicken, it'd work better.
